You need to have the domicile of Rajasthan to be eligible for the REAP. The domicile status of Rajasthan of any candidate will be given as per any of the following criteria:

1. The candidate himself/herself, or any of his/her natural parent, is a bonafide resident of Rajasthan.

2. The candidate has studied continuously as a regular student in recognised educational institutions in Rajasthan for the preceding 3years, including the year in which he/she has passed his 10+2 level.

If you fulfill any of these two criterias, you will be given the domicile of Rajasthan, and will also be eligible for REAP.

Your approximate rank can be calculated using the formula : (100-your percentile score)*869010/100, where 8690 10 is a number of candidates appeared for the January session of JEE mains exam, so with this formula your approximate common rank at 95 percentile would be: 43,450 so with this rank you don't have good chances in the top branches like CSE, IT but still you can consider your chances in other branch generally according to the past year record cutoff vary from 30,000- 35,000 (rank) but if fluctuations occur then there might be  chances but still you can consider it degraded because still your approximate rank is much higher than cutoff idea, so for now I would suggest you to search for other options,

The placements at the MBM JODHPUR are average for the branches like mining or Computer science and below average for branches like CIVIL and other core Engineering.

So the average placement of the college can be considered slightly below the average as the placements are limited to one or two branches and the placements average at approx 6lpa for the CS.

As MBM Engineering College Jodhpur is a government college but still few companies use to visit their for campus placement drives and their fee is also less in comparison to private colleges so if you want to go with GATE or GRE in future and not able spend more money than you should choose this college.

If you are able to spend some more amount of money than the better choice would be private engineering colleges in Gujarat like :-

• Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology
• Nirma University
• Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University
• Ahmedabad University

In above listed colleges you will get better facilities, better placement as compared to MBM Jodhpur but the only condition is that you have to spend some more amount of money.

Sorry to say you but it is not a good percentile at all. So on the basis of this percentile I think you will not get any top demanded branches like CSE or ME. But you definitely can get ECE,EE,biotechnology ,food technology etc in MBM Jodhpur

For admission to Engineering courses in Gujarat government college is done through GUJCET. 60% weightage in 10+2 percentile and 40% weightage is considered to prepare a merit list. But as you say that you have not scored well in GSEB board it is better to go for colleges in Rajasthan. You have domicile of Rajasthan and if you score well in JEE Main you may have chances of getting seat in choice of your college.

According to your percentile your near about rank would be around 1.7 Lakhs. On the basis of this rank you can get MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur as you belongs to reservation category ST but you cannot get top branches like CSE, ECE and so on.

As per your percentile your rank would be near about 2 Lakhs. On the basis of this rank you are not going to get any of the top branch like CSE or IT but although due to an advantage of your reserved category ST you can get ECE, EE, ME or CE like branches in MBM Jodhpur.

I would suggest you to prepare yourself for second attempt of JEE-Main that is going to be conducted in month of July 2020 and try to hit the target of 92 percentile.
