As you are from St category, you are qualified in jee main. Previous year's cut off for qualifying Jee main was 44+ percentile for St category. Though your Jee main according to your category is good but as you have mentioned that you got less marks in your xii board . You have not mentioned your xii board marks. Seeing to your category, for BE /B tech courses you should get minimum 40% in PCM in xii board. On basis of Eligibility. Criteria for different courses you can estimate whether you will get admission to MBM or RTU KOTA.
However if you are eligible then Admission will depend on but offs of these colleges. Cut off varies each year. So after jee main July session you can follow the link given below for college prediction

According to your percentile your rank would be near about 1.7 Lakhs. On the basis of this rank and also your reserved category ST you have strong chances to get CSE branch in RTU Kota but in MBM Jodhpur you might not get CSE branch for this percentile. If we talk about CTAE you can try in this Institute for CSE as well.
As cut-offs are bound to change every year therefore we cannot guarantee your admission in any course or institution.

Hostel condition is not good and course is okay but not great. Too many subjects in final year which is not normal. Training/internship period is small. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Classrooms are old but okay. Library is good but management can be improved. Medical facilities are almost nil. No medical personnel, little awareness about medical facilities available to students. But they're working on it.
College campus is old stabilised and looking good . Here is a big library in it. Where many book are placed in it. Playground is big and many games are played there. Overall campus is good for study in it.
College infrastructure is good but old styled. There are many new department are stabilized for petrolium engineering, computer science and chemical engineering. 1st year lecture halls are not in good condition.
