You are right about REAP not considering JEE Mains Score however MBM still consider JEE Mains score along with the REAP. In that case, if you want CSE in MBM you need to have a JEE Mains score. Also, a large number of applications in MBM maintains a high JEE cutoff.

However, the are some other prestigious institutes which allow admission through REAP viz. GEC Bikaner, RTU Kota and engineering college, Ajmer.

There is no fixed criteria on Jee Mains rank for the admission. However, as the number of applications are quite high for MBM so one needs a decent mains score for the admission.

As per your JEE score there are chances for civil engineering but a very low probability for Computer Science.

For admissions in MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur you can either get  by Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). So Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) is not necessary for admissions in MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur. For BE/B.Tech admission candidates should appear Reap counselling /Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). Coming to your question I would like to tell you that to get into the MBM engg college jodhpur you have to give the jeemains or you have topped in your board , because the admission in this college is through the jee mains ,

you have scored good percentile in JEE main and you no need to worry about yours 12th pass percentage because minimum required 12th percentage for eligibility is 45% for MBM Engineering college , Jodhpur.

To get admission in MDM Jodhpur either you need to secure topmost position in your 12th grade board examinations or you can apply through JEE mains channel admission through this channel are based on merit list and ranking in JEE mains. REAP merit list is based on 12th borad or jee rank, both have seperate channels to apply.

As of now 2nd session of jee mains is pending. After it is done results and rank list will be released. Your expected rank(347,604) now and then will vary by a big factor.
As of jee mains , your percentile is low but there is possiblity to get through your categorical rank. If you hold domicile criteria then you can apply for home state quota.
Also apply for other best college options along with MBM.

You need to have the domicile of Rajasthan to be eligible for the REAP. The domicile status of Rajasthan of any candidate will be given as per any of the following criteria:

1. The candidate himself/herself, or any of his/her natural parent, is a bonafide resident of Rajasthan.

2. The candidate has studied continuously as a regular student in recognised educational institutions in Rajasthan for the preceding 3years, including the year in which he/she has passed his 10+2 level.

If you fulfill any of these two criterias, you will be given the domicile of Rajasthan, and will also be eligible for REAP.

Your approximate rank can be calculated using the formula : (100-your percentile score)*869010/100, where 8690 10 is a number of candidates appeared for the January session of JEE mains exam, so with this formula your approximate common rank at 95 percentile would be: 43,450 so with this rank you don't have good chances in the top branches like CSE, IT but still you can consider your chances in other branch generally according to the past year record cutoff vary from 30,000- 35,000 (rank) but if fluctuations occur then there might be  chances but still you can consider it degraded because still your approximate rank is much higher than cutoff idea, so for now I would suggest you to search for other options,
