Hi Prajeet,
Last year MBM Jodhpur had a closing rank of around 727 for CSE (SC category) after the first round of counseling.
I think you have a fair chance of getting admission after the very round of counseling.
If you wish to check about other colleges, please follow :

Wish you all the best!
You should mention your home state too.
Let suppose you belongs to Rajasthan then 406 rank in ews can get seat in mbm jodhpur. But for particularly cs branch the competition is tough. There can a slight chance to get seat in cs branch but you have to keep sitting in counselling till the last round.
In counselling fill the college options wisely.
Hi Anupam,
As per the previous year cutoffs, it is very hard to get CSE in MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur at 682 general REAP rank and 193 OBC REAP rank. See, it is the best engineering college of Rajasthan and probably is the first choice of every student who want CSE in a state level college. And also, there are only 33 seats in MBM for CSE, so it seems to be impossible.
You can go for lower cutoff branches in MBM or go for these colleges in interested in CSE:-
