see taking you as general category your approximate rank would be 13383 - 15533, however cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain facts like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. also 85% of total seat in nits is reserve for domicile candidate. however as per last year cutoff you have chances in below streams of mnit allahabad of home state quota,

As the cutoff of JEE Main 2020 for MNNIT Allahabad has not been released yet But I can provide you with cutoff of last year though cutoff changes every year . So it can vary this year too.

Cutoff 2019 for CSE :

As you have not mentioned your category I am providing you with general category ranks:

general category 3562 for other states student

And for home state students it was 4714 .

In NIT Allahabad to get admission in technical branch you need to secure 75% marks in JEE Mains exam if you are belongs to OBC quota.

As you want to do Mtech, so overall all the mentioned colleges are good. But comparing the quality NIT surathkal would be at top among these three. Although there is IIT but IIT jodhpur is not as good as NIT surathkal. Placements are also very good here.
