Hello Abhishek, I'll suggest you to go for IIT, Patna. Firstly because of its rankings Internationally, IIT Patna was ranked 108 among BRICS nations by the QS World University Rankings of 2018. IIT Patna was ranked 22 among engineering colleges in India by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in 2019 and 58 overall.
It has great placements records Out of 140 undergraduate registered and eligible candidates, 125 got placed with an average package of 11.47 Lakhs per annum. Out of 49 registered and eligible postgraduate students, 31 got placed with an average package of 8.34 Lakhs. IIT Patna placed 90% of its B.Tech students, 2014-2018 batch with 151 offers.
So definitely go for IIT, Patna.
Hi, according to the rank in jee mains crl you can't get a seat in Mnnit allahabad but according to your category rank that is obc-ncl rank you can get a seat in biotechnology and production and industrial engineering branch as their last ranks was around 9000 last year.

You can definitely get NIT Allahabad with your rank if you apply for the obc-ncl FEMALE only category.
As you know, there is a reservation for girls in NIT's and IIT's.
You can apply for the Civil and Mechanical branch because of previous cutoff trends for these branches in your category.
In 2018, the cutoff for the obc-ncl female-only category was- (Outside State quota)
Civil Engineering- 6626 to 9398 rank
Mechanical Engineering- 8583 to 10837 rank
For Home state,
Bio-Tech- 8301 to 9941 rank
Mechanical Engineering- 7571 to 9055 rank

Based on your rank you will not get either of these branch till round 7,however you may get biotech or even production at special round,so dont loose hope.

NIT Allahabad hands down!
Don't get swayed by the location factor component. It nothing much to do with the placements.
Placements in India are mainly all due to Alumini contacts and by college Tag.
By MNNIT you get both. Since elstablished in 1952 and also the first NIT to provide CSE, its alma mater are well placed at the top notch positions in spectra of companies. Added that the NIT tag importance you'll get to know soon when you will be applying for Job switch.

According to your percentile, your rank would have been around 2 lakh mark which is not that bad but not good enough for MNIT,Allahabad.
As you are from obc category, you need to secure a rank of around 10000-15000 if you want a chance to get in any branch of MNIT,Allahabad.

MNNIT have great infrastructure and various facilities with several labs for engineering students, and for other backgrounds as well. The Wi-Fi works fast and is in great working condition. The food is hygienic, et cetera.
There are separate laboratory, including those for material signs and fluid mechanics, and there are labs which are shared across departments. there is a library also with vast collections of academic books
