Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to predict your exact figure of rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 51150 - 57500 .
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that you very less chances of getting any of the branch in NIT Surathakal even after considering home state quota because last year the closing CRL rank was around 40k

Hello Aspirant,
See Home state quota is the reserved quota for Home state candidates in that institutions. In NITs there is 50% of total seats are reserved under Home state quota, which means that only Karnataka domicile candidates are eligible for that seat.
So during counselling Karnataka domicile candidates will be preferred over other state candidates for those 50% seats.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hey aspirant, NIT surathkal is one of the best college among NIT. College provide good academics . When it comes to placement, government sectors are more than privet sectors. so you need to be one among the top in class with a good technical knowledge in subject to get campus placement for the core subjects. Usually placement for core subject is very less. Many people get placement for other sectors like IT. You can apply off campus for government sectors. You have also an option to took phd and to do research. Amazone, adobe, mynthra, flipcart, hotstar ,wiipro are some of the companies come for placement.

The college had a big name already and it lived by it. It provided a campus considering the comfort of the students incorporating all the necessary facilities like the labs for the science and libraries.
Could be better. Hostels are old. Cleanliness could be improved. People are nice. Staff is decent. They try to do their best but they struggle to accomplish the same. No hot water. Lot of bee hives and I've been bit multiple times. Food is nice.
The course is divided into six trimesters , with three trimesters in each year . The evaluation is based on two components : 50 marks for internal components comprising assignments and presentations , and 50 marks for the end of the semester exam .
