it is not possible for you to get into NIT WARANGAL with such a high rank in any branch under HOME STATE SC quota because the cut-off for NIT Warangal at maximum to a rank of 4k.

I am qualified in jee main 60 marks From obc-ncl category can I get admission to nit

No,there is almost no chance of getting any of the NIT but still if luck permits you will be able to get one in the spot round that too for bio tech engg,materials sc engg and etc branches.

I got JEE mains 70 mark 5613 in sc-rank and CRL rank 127748,I belong to Andhra pradesh,is it possible to get NIT waragal either CSE or ECE

NIT Warangal is among top 5 nits and you want CSE or ESE branch which is quite tough but possible.
Your quota rank may help you in getting that seat but you need to have patience coz there might be chances that you get a seat in special round.

Campus of more than 200 acres with self residential facility along with different blocks allocated to different branches with required equipments and other features. It contains Admin block, Academic block, library and other departments.

Infrastructure is good Campus is very wide and has many shops Only thing I m slightly disappointed is at the quality of drinking water provided Also washrooms are in not in great condition Else okay
