You have not mentioned your state. In 2019 the cut off for NIT, Warangal for admission to ECE for female ST category was as follows

• Home state: 353
• Other state: 517

You have to score above 80% of total score. Your categorical rank needs to be below 1k for home state category. if you belong to oc category then rank will be even low.
Here is previous year cutoff:- for female -ST- home state quota
1. Biotechnology:- 1014
2. CSE:- 345
3. ECE:- 353
4. Mechanical engineering:- 691
5. Metallurgical and materials :- 2174
6. EEE:- 753
It may vary for current year as many factor will change which effects the rank list like difficulty level of question paper, average performance of candidates.. and many more.

You have not mentioned your category. Cut off depends on the category and the branch. Based on previous years cut off trends you need to score 97-99 percentile and the score is 180 or above  if you belong to general category, 95 or above percentile and 150 marks or above, if you belong to OBC category and 92 or above percentile if you belong to SC/ST category. It is just the approximate percentile. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc. Please check the cut off in 2019 for NIT, Warangal Home state General category

Analysing the previous year data, the cut-off ranks for SC category in NIT Warangal were:
For ECE - 1018
For EEE - 1428
This is under Home State Quota.
The cutoff rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the question paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
For this, you need to score atleast 98.5 percentile, or 99 percentile to be on the safe side. You should score 240+ marks in JEE Main to secure this rank.

According to last year NIT Warangal cutoff the closing rank for SC Home state student in Electronics and Communication branch was 1018. For that you must score at least 97 percentile to achieve that rank in SC category. And more than 99.5 percentile in General category.

The cut-off rank for any branch in NIT Warangal is quite high. Analysing the previous year data, the cut-off rank for EEE in NIT Warangal was :

1428 under Home State Quota,
1457 for Andhra Pradesh, and,
1380 for other states.
