You have not mentioned your state. In 2019 the cut off for NIT, Warangal for admission to ECE for female ST category was as follows

You have not mentioned your category. Cut off depends on the category and the branch. Based on previous years cut off trends you need to score 97-99 percentile and the score is 180 or above if you belong to general category, 95 or above percentile and 150 marks or above, if you belong to OBC category and 92 or above percentile if you belong to SC/ST category. It is just the approximate percentile. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc. Please check the cut off in 2019 for NIT, Warangal Home state General category

According to last year NIT Warangal cutoff the closing rank for SC Home state student in Electronics and Communication branch was 1018. For that you must score at least 97 percentile to achieve that rank in SC category. And more than 99.5 percentile in General category.

As NIT Warangal is one of the top NITs and hence there is huge competition for it in between JEE-Main aspirants, due to which it's cut-off also goes very high.
You need to secure around 98 percentile in order to secure your seat for Civil engineering even though you belongs to reservation category PwD and home state.

Here is the cut off in 2019 for NIT, Warangal for home state OBC-NCL candidate, it will help you know the cut off in previous year
Considering this you need to score 96-98 percentile to have decent chances of getting seat. However, in 2020 the cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease.
