Cut-off for nit Warangal changes each year and also for different branches the cutoff are different and like in 2018 for computer science the closing rank for other state was 1745 and for biotechnology it was 24447.

First of all, I want to congratulate you for securing  96.4 percentile. This is a really good score for getting into top colleges. But there are other factors too which will affect your admission. I will be discussing the same here.

NIT Wrangal requires your MAT score to be at least 85%ile and minimum 60% or 6.5/10 in your undergrad from a recognized university.

As has been noted through the assessment of previous years admission in top b-schools, MAT Cut-off has been stable and is anticipated to be the same for 2019 as well. . In addition to this, there are other conditions that you need to meet in order to get an admission there. They are –

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or CGPA equivalent in any bachelor's degree granted by any recognized university.
• Relaxation of 5% is granted to applicants in the reserved category.
• Reserved category applicants must submit their SC / ST / OBC certificate at the moment of verification in order to secure their seat at the required college.

Selection Process

After clearing the entrance exam and getting the shortlist, you need to sit for a group discussion and then a personal interview. Admission will be based after taking the cumulative marks of all stages into consideration.

The other colleges where you can apply are- IBA Bangalore, JIMS Delhi, Jaypee Institute of Management Lucknow, IMS Ghaziabad, ISBM Pune and IPE Hyderabad.

NIT wrangal might release the dates soon. You have to keep updates from the online page and enquire your friends for the same. If they come to know regarding the same they will inform you.

For NITA WARANGAL which is one of the best Nit's you need to come under top 1k rank for getting the top branches in it like CSE,IT,ECE,EEE.else if you are under 2k rank you will get some lower branches in it.

Jow speaking about percentile you need to score a percentile of more than 97-98%,else Chance's will be very low.

Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that according to the rules you can be admitted to the IITS, NITS, IIITS, only through your jee mains and advance score and rank. Therefore for you if you have not got a seat in jossa or csab counselling then you can not get admission in Nit warangal.

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance and I would like to tell you that based on your rank in general category and considering the fact that you belong to Obc category I feel sorry to inform you that it will be very difficult for you to get a seat in government college like nits so do not depend on special round counselling but instead think of other college where you can take admission.
