In terms of college, NIT Warangal stood far better then ISM Dhanbad or IIT Gandhinagar. 

But the feild which you opting has alomst nil scope in industrial recreuitment domain. Though it opens a bright prospects for research which too you'll find lack of guidance if you are studying in India. 

Also in your third choice their is no brach like wre, try to provide/use the whole name of the branch. So I'm assuming you are talking about material science engineering.

With your rank of 4577 under st kotta in jee mains exam, I'm sorry to tell you that you can't get into either mechanical or civil seats in NIT warangal.

Though you can definitely try for the following NIT's.

If you got 34186 crl rank then you have chances to get biotechnology in mnnit, vnit, etc. And can get admission in ECE in the colleges like IIIT jabalpur, iiit una, iiit dharwad, etc .
