with 13149 as obc rank and under state quota there is probability that you son might get seat in NIT WARANGAL in metallurgical engineering and bio technology streams.NIT trichy according to previous year cutoffs no seat is secured with that rank sir.

however lets hope for the best as these cutoffs are based on previous years.

You can't compare these college on the basis of faculty, infrastructure and environment which are first criteria because both are best in its place.
