The eligibility criteria for NIRMA university, ahmedabad is as follows:

• Class 12th cleared with min 45% marks ( 40% for reserved category students) with subjects physics & maths along with chemistry/bio/computer/other optional subjects.
• Candidate should appear for jee mains/ gujcet

Total 270 seats are there for cse candidate.

Out of total seats foe all btech courses, 35% are for all india quota, 15% is for NRIs & 50% are reserved for gujcet qualified candidates. Such candidates will be required to apply separately through ACPC and GOG (govt of gujarat).

NIRMA University invites applications for admission into the Bachelor of Technology programmes based on the scorecard of JEE Mains or GUJCET. The authorities release a provisional merit list followed by the final merit list, prepared on the basis of the scores in JEE Main or GUJCET scores. The admissions are done based on the merit list.

Based on previous years cut-offs trends, the closing rank for candidates belonging to the All India Category is 23,293.

I assume you are asking about btech course , see nirma university is one of the prominent university in gujrat after daiict , and sv nit. now the college curriculum is average and if you want to learn new technologies you have to do self study, however infrastructure is excellent and placement record is good for cse department, highest packages offers is 17 lpa, average packages for students is 3.5 lpa.

for 2019 year, cutoff of CSE branch for nirma university  was 96 for round 1 and 174 for round 2. open category cutoff is not given. You will get it some days before admission process start. keep visiting the official webpage of the college for regular update and notice.

In 2019 the cut off were as follows for each category for CSE in Nirma University, Ahmedabad

• General:  426
• EWS: 521
• SEBC: 1642
• SC: 2440
• ST: 29797
• ESM: 3024

Based on this if you have 85% or above percentage in GSEB and 100+marks in GUJCET you have decent chances of getting seat in Nirma University.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.

see cutoff scores changes year to year and depends on various factors like number of participants, seat matrix , questions difficulty level etc, however mtech in cse has 18 seats, admission is done on gate score basis and for non gate scores holders there is separate admission test, you have gate score around 500+, you have decent chances, also the candidates need to have 50% marks in btech course, if your marking scheme is cgpa or cpi based you need to submit the percentage conversion rules of the respective university.

Online application process for admission to Nirma University will start from second week of March and goes upto last week of June. 35% of the total seats are reserved for admission through JEE-Main exam.

Let us discuss about the eligibility criteria :-

• It is mandatory for the candidate to have passed their 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% marks for the general category. For other categories it is 40%.
• Candidate must have studied Physics and Mathematics in 10+2 or equivalent exam along with chemistry/biology/computer/vocational subject.
• Candidate must have appeared in JEE-Main.

Admission will be done after the declaration of merit list on the basis of score in JEE-Main exam.

As you have scored 150 marks in JEE-Main, you have chances to secure a seat in this university but for exact branch it is difficult to predict because it depends on various factors like :

• Number of students appeeared.
• Number of seats available.
• Difficulty level of paper.

Hello student. Nirma university for management is good enough when taken in the place of ahmedabad.

Course curriculum and placements are good enough. Average package is 8 lakhs per annum and highest goes till 14 lpa

So it's a good choice and you can go for it
