1) On the basis of Faculty, Nirma University has an upper edge over GLS.

2) On the basis of Campus, both colleges campus are great with nirma campus having a slight favoritism among students.

3) On the basis of placement, Nirma stands out and fares better than GLS.

4) There are medical facilities in nirma which as absent in GLS.

On the basis of above comparison you can make an informed choice as to which college you wish to go.

Must have qualified for the 10+2 level or any different identified exams regarded coequal by Nirma University with English as a subject along with any one of  Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.

NRI(Self)/ NRI Sponsored Category

The learners pursuing entry in the B.Com. (Hons) the course must have qualified the HSC or 10+2 from any different identified exams regarded equal by Nirma University with English as a subject along with any one of  Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.

Admission is merit-based.

Percentage or score or CGPI in 12th class  exam (i.e. HSC or co-equal)

If two or more aspirant has similar total percentage score, then the below-mentioned strategy will be arranged to deduce the merit.

The aspirant with a better score in English.

Considering the Date of Birth, younger candidates will be selected.

There is no cut-off available. But a score of 90 out of 100 in English and 85% total in 10+2 will be good.

The percentile that you will get from 125 marks and rank will decide that at this mark cs in Nirma can be achieved or not.

But for understanding let's take level of moderate paper in which you will get approximately 96-97 %ile which is near to 30k rank but the cutoff generally goes near 20k-25k for cs in Nirma acc. to old data.

So to get CS at Nirma you need atleast 150 marks for being on a safer side.

The admission process to Nirma University is done only based on the JEE main score. To get a CSE branch in the NIRMA university, you need to score marks between 250 to 279 . and according to the 2019 cutoffs, the rank for general students is 316 to 2714.

First of all , check the eligibility criteria for filling the application form. As per your query, yes you can get admission in this university if you will crack the jee mains exam with good score .

Since you have not mentioned your rank, i am considering you as a general CATEGORY student. Now, Looking at the previous year JEE mains cutoff, in rider to get admission in CSE (computer science and engineering) branch in Nirma University, you must score a minimum percentile of around 97-99 in jee mains and must score a minimum jee mains rank of about 20k-28k, to be on the safer side. Last  year cutoff for nirma university was 24k for CSE AND 36K for IT Branch.

Further please note that the above prediction is totally based on the previous year jee mains cutoff for nirma university. The jee mains cutoff bound to change every year as it depend son various factors like : difficulty levels of the paper, previous year cutoff trends, number of aspirants appearing, etc.

NIRMA UNIVERSITY is a private state university which approved by UGC and accredited by NAAC. The University offers admission to the course of B.Tech Computer Science Engineering on the basis of JEE Main , GUJCET score. The course is of 4 years and the total fees of the course is around Rs. 7.54 lacs & there are 270 seats.

The admission to this course are mainly on the GUJCET and if you have rank under 600 then you have good chance to get into NIRMA UNIVERSITY. Now the JEE MAINS closing rank isn't available online.
