according to me , the college is enough good , and their placement is also good in comparison to some other universities , and their highest package is 15 lakhs , average is 8.10 lakhs , minimum is 8 lakhs so its quite good

Nirma University offers only MBA course, it does not offer PGDM. And for the entry the candidates have to appear for Common Admission Test (CAT). After appearing for the CAT, aspirants should apply to the Institute for admission. Nirma University will get the CAT scores of applicants directly from IIM's and return call you with an offer letter, if they find you eligible.

Other than through CAT you can also apply through GMAT. 

XAT score is not considered here, so you better appear for any of the above exams. As you cannot appear for CAT if you are planning to join this year. GMAT is your best option.

Yes, you can appear in GUJCET to take admission in your state level government colleges. 

In order to be eligible for GUJCET you should have secure 45% marks in your 12th class. 

If you want you can apply for BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEE, AEEE and Manipal to take admission in top private level colleges.

Both the colleges are good but as per Careers360 rating, NIRMA University has got AAAA which says this is a very good college overall whether you talk about faculty, facilities, hostel, placement, cut off trend, national and state ranking/rating, courses etc whereas PDPU has got AAA+ which means this is a good choice overall (above said factors) so as per my view NIRMA University should be your first choice and keep PDPU as the secondary option but also consider your choice, interest,convenience and eligibility before you make any decision.
