Since you have a rank of 31 you may get admission  in ECE of Osmania University. Now participate in the counselling process and get your admission done soon. Also congartulations on your board percentage. You may get admission in OU.  A college affiliated to a university has to follow the syllabus and pattern, also their rules and regulations, as prescribed by the university. Admissions and examination are conducted by the university. Autonomous colleges are granted freedom in that matter. They can have their own syllabus and evaluation pattern.
