Other than General  category if you have any other reservation thet will also help like state quota.

If your domicile is Telangana. Then you are not eligible for state counselling of Andhrapradesh as its seat are reserved for their local candidates ,

You can try in your home state where you can apply for 85% of local reservation ,

TS PGECET 2019 Counselling will be started from July, 2019. TS PGECET is a state level examination organizes for providing admission to the M.Tech/ M.Pharmacy/Pharm.D courses. This exam is managed by the Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

But, I can provide you the TS EAMCET 2018 cutoff ranks for ECE branch in O U, Hyderabad.

I am assuming you belong to the OPEN (Girls) category.

The cutoffs for TS-Lawcet 2019 will be declared around october 2019. However, according to previous ranks and cutoffs, with a general category rank of 78 in the TS-LAWCET, you might not be able to get admission in OU, Hyderabad. The previous cutoff was - 23 for open category.
