According to your question as you asked that what is the eligibility criteria for getting admission

Osmania University or is there any entrance test. Firstly want to make it clear that yes there is an

entrance test for getting admission in B.TECH, secondly here are the details of admission process.

TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University

(JNTU) Hyderabad will be announcing the eligibility criteria of TS EAMCET 2019. All

candidates who will be applying for the examination need to meet the TS EAMCET

2019 eligibility criteria. The conditions and requirements that the candidates need to

satisfy for admissions into the participating institutes will constitute the TS EAMCET

Eligibility Criteria 2019. Academic, domicile, as well as age related criteria, will be

stated for the candidates by TS EAMCET authorities. Those candidates who fail to

meet the eligibility criteria of TS EAMCET 2019 will be disqualified from the

admission process.

Qualifying Exam

 Candidates should have qualified or appeared in 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with

Mathematics, Physics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology as

optional subjects or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology,

conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh

OR

 Should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma exam in Engineering

conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana or Andhra

Pradesh or any other examination recognized equivalent to the State Board of Technical

Education and Training, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh

OR

 Those candidates who are applying for B.Tech in Food Technology should have qualified or

appeared in 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board as equivalent to the

Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh with any two or three of the

subjects: Mathematics, Physical Sciences OR Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural

Sciences. 

Marks Required

 Should have secured minimum 45% aggregate marks in the subjects mentioned above in

10+2 or any equivalent examination (For reserved category the aggregate marks is 40%).

Yes, there are Chances of Getting admit into OU, You can give it a try. 

As per the  previous years cutoffs you have  very thin chance of getting admission in Osmania University even if your category is SC.
So,try for other good universities in Hyderabad such as SNIST, MVSREC, SPEC, KMIT,etc they are also good in terms of academics and placements.

Your score is little good.But you have of getting both Osmania University and JNTU based on the last year cutoffs for M.Tech.But,Osmania University should be 1st in the preference and after that JNTU.It depends on you which to choose but you have the chance of getting both so choose according to you.

I'm sorry to say that, with this marks there is rare chance to get NITs or IITs with this stream. If you score 100-150 marks more then there will be a definite chance to get a top NIT college.

Here is the cutoff ranks for osmania university for previous year

OC Male- 594

OC Female- 497

BC Male- 499

BC Female- 396

ST Male- 406

SC- 322

You need to score atleast 40-45+ approximately.

Here are the cutoffs for jntuh

Structural engineering- OC(5081), ST(9679), BC(6339)

GEO Technical engineering- OC(8909), SC(20000),ST(14000),BC(9000)

Transportation engineering- OC(5776), SC(13000), ST(17000),BC(7500)

Note: These are only for the reference and not the same every year.

If by BCA you mean, Bachelors of Computers Application, then you dont have to appear for either of the two- EAMCET or NEET. You have to apply for the same through a common admission portal called DOST of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). You can search the colleges offering BCA at the URL given below: 

https://dost.cgg.gov.in/UniversityWiseCollegeCourses.do

Here you can search via your desired course, college or subjects. Also, you can choose the university, so in university name you can choose Osmania. 

Coming to BCA in Osmania university, for 2018-19 admissions, the portal shows three colleges taking admission, namely, Nizam College, PMR Degree College and Siddhartha Degree & P.G. College. 

If we go by previous year information, then the application forms should begin in the month of May. Once you apply for that, the seat allotment process will ensue.

See right now it is not possible to tell whether u will get admissioned in the OSMANIA UNIVERSITY or not as ulthe percentile u have been provided is among ur session only and that in ur shift only.

But u can calculate ur marks by using a simple formula

Marks : (100- your percentile)*764489/100

Now this can help u to check whether u are above the cut off region or not......but till the NTA doesn't announce the final result don't take any prediction seriously.
