As per the last year cutoffs and counseling process rounds you have scored well for the admission process. So you have the chances to get into your prescribe Institutions for your further degree courses as your rank as well enough. 

I think you have very good chances but then it will depend upon the specialization and the number of applicants for the same.

Kindly check the last year’s TS ICET cutoff (rank-wise) of different colleges including OU through the link below. I'd say atleast in the top 50 unless you opt for something less popular like Biomedical Engineering. Most of the seats are filled through GATE, so even a top 50 rank provides no guarantee
