Are we talking about the Osmania College of Engineering? If yes, they dont offer astronomical engineering. They only offer 6 main disciplines and the details can be seen here along with tuition fee details http://uceou.edu/academicprog.html

2017 details are unavailable but in 2016 the ranks were as follows. This is for the University College of Engg OU. and the ranks are for OC Female. Hope this gives you a good idea.

Hi,

Osmania University is in Telangana so most probably you will be ineligible for admissions there as  you will need to meet the domicile requirements for the engineering entrance exam which is TS EAMCET. Moreoever Astronomical engineering is not offered in India. However, Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering is offered. 

In Gujarat through GUJCET the following colleges offer Aeronautical Engineering

The Syllabus for the exam of Organic Chemistry covers:

• Amino acids and peprides
• Aromaticity and Huckel’s rule
• Carbohydrates
• Heterocyclic chemistry
• Mechanism of Organic reactions
• Nomenclature of Organic compounds
• Stereochemistry
• Synthetic chemistry

The exam is objective type so you will be required to prepare accordingly.

The exam notification is expected in the month of April next year.

Till then you have fair time to prepare. 

Give mocks for your preparation and analyse your performances in the mock tests.

As the session is alreagy over but generally the last date to apply with late fee was 23rd-July. So I hope you have got admission in your desired college now.
