The Osmania University has not released any cut-off marks or ranks for the MSc program in the Computer Science branch as of now, so you can just predict as of now according to your rank. In the previous year's cut-off also, only marks have been mentioned and so it is a bit difficult to predict. You have secured a very decent rank and also you are from the bc-b category, so there might be a chance of you getting a seat in Osmania University in the MSc in Computer Science branch.
All the best.
Hello,
Yes, TOSS is a valid board, and SSC course is recognized in that sense, and it's equivalent to the regular board, hence you can pursue higher studies whether it's Osmania University or any other, and this also makes you eligible to appear for any government exams conducted at state or national level, you can visit the official website at https://www.telanganaopenschool.org/ to know more details regarding this.

College is good in terms of infrastructure but it needs to be maintained well and keep up the standards and the trees are not well maintained and they need to focus on basic amenities for phd students and they have to make sure the trees grow well
The college offers a technologically advanced campus with smart classrooms and well-equipped labs. The library is extensive, though more digital resources would be helpful. The sports facilities are excellent.
College was a good one at that time as there are minimal good facilities are there with the better classrooms , labs , sports ground and canteens as there were no hostel facility at my time and all things were well maintained too with good hygienic food was available.
