Hey Srikanth! Definitely yes in every college or university there are some seats reserved for reserved categories. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad and OU also reserve some seats for only SC and ST candidates. So don't worry there are reserved seats in every government and non government colleges.

I don't think you will be getting a seat over there with the rank you scored..

Palamuru University needs students with below 2000 rank and you have scored near to the rank but not the exact rank.

And BC-D has just 3% of reservation.If you wanted to give a try then go for a try and ask if there are any management quotas left.If you don't have any problems in financial way then you can go for it if there are seats left.

Dear student, for the second phase of TS pgecet counselling 2019, there are a few seats available in OU and J N T U H College. The seats available in some of the courses even for general categories and there are available seats for reserved categories also.

• Candidates who've resided in the state of T.S. for a total period of 10 years or more excluding the period of study outside the state.
• Candidates either whose parents has resided in the state for a total period of 10 years or more excluding the periods of employment outside the state.
• Candidates either whose parents is employed in the state of T.S. in the state or central public sector corporations, local bodies, universities abd similar quasi government institutions within the state, at the time of submitting the application.
• Candidates who are spouses of these employed in the state of T.S. or central government, public sector corporations, local bodies, universities and other similar quasi government institutions within this state, at the time of submitting the application.
