No site or PESSAT office websit give the last year cutoff so we check where you get the seat or not ,But its a low rank accourding to me for a seat in PESSAT.

CSE - Closing rank 920; ECE - Closing rank somewhere around 1500. according to some student i get last year cutoff.

The Candidates who get the rank between 1 and 1500 will be called first.

The candidates who get the rank between 1501 and 2500 will be called the second time
The candidates who get the rank Between 2501 and 3750 will be called the third time
The candidates who get the rank between 3751 and 5000 will be called the fourth time
Candidates who have the rank of more than 5000 will be called for 2nd counselling which be held at the end of June and July Maybe.

With a rank of 990 you may be able to get CSE branch in PES University according to final round ranks from previous years which closed at 1000.

However, If you are interested in other branches here are their final ranks - 

EC branch - upto 1500

EE branch - upto 2000

Civil, Mechanical, Bio-Tech - upto 3000

YES AFTER COMPLETING YOUR DIPLOMA YOU CAN TAKE ADMISSION IN SECOND YEAR DIRECT BUT IT DEPENDS IN WHICH COLLGE YOU WANT.

IN SOME COLLEGE ITS JUST DIRECT AND SOME COLLEGE THEIR IS ENTRANCE EXAM.

WE ADVICE TO ALSO FILL FOR LEET EXAMINATION. TO GET SOME GOOD COLLEGES.

There is a separate entrance exam for PES UNIVERSITY, you please go through the official website of PES UNIVERSITY.

as the management fees in the rewuired colleges you are asking fo is around 10-12 laks approximately. as it is like the donation fees and you will get admission 100% all the best have agreat future ahead.

Hello,the main branch of pes University is in kuppam,and it is built in more than one million square feet area over a lush of 25 acres.
