As the general trend goes, Computer Science has the lowest cut-off ranking i.e around 357.

and cut for mechanical was around 745 rank.

so , i dont think so you will be able to make it.

as you might be knowing, the past year cut offs would never be same the next academic session but they give you a rough idea. 

now, PES never releases its marks cut off although it gives admission on the basis of rank that you have scored in the PESSAT. 

as per now, every year, for the caergory 1 admission in PES, the rank must be less than or equal to 500. and then comes the quota system
