College change can be possible but that you will be required to confirm from your college initially because every college does not allow for the same.

Only on a genuine reason they can consider your college change if the criteria falls on similar grounds.

My Rank is 11000 which branch I will get in PES university.

Please specify which exam you appeared for which rank is 11000 ( COMED K, KCET) Or you can check the cutoff trends as per the exam with given below link.

I got 4,398 rank in pessat whether I will get a seat for ece in pes university ?

Chances are not high to get any good branch with this rank as the seats are limited in this university.

You can try if by second round you get any seat. Also I hope you have appeared for other engg exams as well.

College Infrastructure

The college offers well maintained infrastructure with spacious classes , modern labs and well maintained and well stocked library . Campus is clean with availability of wifi and also has good sports facilities .

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good, Wi-Fi is available in the hostel and college. There are 120 seats in our course. The infrastructure is very beautiful. Laboratory is well-equipped. All essentials are provided on our campus. The food served in the hostel is average. Warden is also very good for students.

The best part of growing up happened here

College Infrastructure

Hostel is available of our college. Infrastructure of hostel is nice. There are 500 students living in hostel. Colour of the hostel is white and blue. Hostel is very beautiful. There are 100 rooms are available of our college. The InCharge of hostel is a very good person.
