Andhra University  conducts the AP PGECET examination on behalf of P State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). counselling of appgecet would be based on gate and appgecet score. there would be two separate counselling. gate score holders would given the priority first and remaining seats would fill by appgecet score holders. cutoff score changes every year based on number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, choice of stream, students category. however at this rank you have fair chances for selection.

As per the new fee structure that is proposed to be implemented from the coming session (2017-18), the annual fee, which was between Rs 9000 to Rs 12000 till last year, will now be Rs 21000 for single-seated rooms and Rs 19000 for double-seated ones.

Yes, Andhra University, Vishakapatnam offers M.E/M.tech in VLSI along with other specializations in.And the number of intake for this specialization are 10.It is a two years full time course and the admission is given through GATE rank or AP PGECET rank.

The syllabus for each foreign language courses in Andhra University is not the same. The syllabus changes according to the language. AU foreign language course is the most famous course of the University.  .The number of aspirants enrolled in German language course is 30 followed by Spanish with 35 and French with 40. So please mention the name of the language in which you are willing to take admission then only it will be easy for us to answer your query.

In your question you have not mentioned in which entrance Test you  have appeared for in which  you have got the rank 19610 as you are under cap quota and belong to au regoin then there is a less chance of your getting muthukur Nellore district fishery college. Image for another fishery Colleges in Andhra Pradesh as there 7 others fishery Colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
