Cutoff changes every year due to many factors like difficulty level,total students appearing for exam etc.but based on previous year analysis,rank and category we can find you possibilities into colleges.yes you have good chances to fetch seat in cse of andhra university college of engineering,vizag.the last year cutoff for the cse is 2562.which shows you have chances.but each year as cutoff changes so will your chances to colleges .

The cut off in 2019 in second phase was 2599 for BC-D category to get admission in A U College of Engineering, Vishakapatnam in Computer Science Engineering. Considering this you may get seat in this university in second phase counselling. But cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, number of seats available and difficulty of exam etc.
