JNTU Kakinada has a much stronger curriculum and provides much effective engineering education than Andhra University. JNTUK has excellent infrastructure, faculty and research facilties besides having an excellent employer outlook.
JNTUK also has a very encouraging campus culture and peer environment with an excellent tradition of students preparing for GRE/GATE and moving abroad or to higher technical institutes in India like Top IITs and IISc Bangalore for pursuing Masters or Doctoral degree.

Eligible candidates who choose self financed courses will get only Rs. 20,000 or the college actual fee as specified whichever is lower towards fee reimbursement. If the tuition fee for the self finance course is above Rs. 20,000 then the difference amount must be paid by the candidate. Government will not reimburse the 100% fee. If the self finance course fee is less than Rs. 20,000 then the Rs. 20,000 is given towards fee reimbursement. If you get seat in AU College of Engineering for Women Self finance then you will get Rs. 20,000 to wards fee reimbursement provided you must fulfill the eligibility requirement.

Yes, you can join M.Tech Computer Science and Technology Course from Andhra University after a B.Tech in CSE from JNTUK. Curriculums of CSE and CST are both analogous to each other and provide the required effective engineering education.

The college also has several well-maintained auditoriums and seminar halls, where guest lectures and events are regularly held. In terms of recreational facilities, the college offers a gym, sports courts, and a student activity center. While the overall infrastructure is excellent, the college could improve its parking facilities, as space can be limited during peak hours.
