*Can please provide me the details of the course for which you want the seat in andhra pradesh so that I will provide you with detailed information about it. I assume that you are asking for CSE branch according to previous year data the cutoffs for Andhra university ranges from 908-52818 with cse having the lowest and mechanical having the highest cutoff.
Hence it could be difficult for you to get cse as the branch in this university. Even for that rank ece and civil might be a bit difficult to get. But cutoffs changes every year due to various reasons so I cannot predict the exact cut off for this year.

For andhra university computer science and electronics courses your rank is too high because according to 2019 cut offs the closing rank for CSE was 979 and for electronics was 1229.
