Hello aspirant,
Yes, definitely. You can be able to secure a seat in veterinary science. According to your performance in the EAMCET exam and the cutoff trend categorically from the last year, being a BC-A category candidate along with farmer quota from AU region, the cutoff for the veterinary science ranged upto 7317. In that case, if we assume, then you have managed to secure more than the minimum qualifying range. Meanwhile, just wait and check for the official cutoff results and see if you managed to be in the passing range. If you managed, then you will be allowed for admission.

Your All India Rank is 43248. In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 38364 secured a seat in MBBS in AU region. That was the cut off. Now with an All India Rank of 43248, the chances are tad less for a seat in Government Medical College. But you might get a seat under Government Quota in Private Medical College. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But few Colleges that you can get a seat are:
ASRAM College, Eluru
GSL College, Rajahmundry
Katuri Medical College
Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
