You have received a very high rank in AP EAMCET and at such a high rank, there is no way that you can get admission in a good engineering Institute including all the government engineering colleges. It is so because the number of seats available in such Institutes are limited in comparison to the number of applications. Infact, the number of seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants.

There may be some chances for you to get admission in Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati in Chemical Engineering as the closing rank for chemical engineering was close to 40000 last year back in 2019. In Andhra Pradesh University have VLSI course but they haven't the microelectronics course for mtech.

Now the JNTUK have only VlSI course infact variety of VLSI courses but haven't the microelectronics course. But it have digital electronics course.

Last college is SVU haven't any courses which you want.

So you have to choose between two colleges AU and JNTUK which one you prefer.
