You should go for CSE at BITS Hyderabad if fee is not a concern, reason being :

• BPHC has its own permanent campus whereas campus of IITs which you've mentioned, do not even have their campus ready.
• Higher average placement.
• Better overall crowd.

If fee is a concern, then you should go for new IITs.

BITS Pilani doesn't offer intermediate degree courses like B.Sc, B.Sc( Hons), B.A, B.A ( Hons) etc. It offers Integrated first degree programmes like B.E( Hons), B. Pharm( Hons), M.Sc, M.Sc(tech). It also offers higher degree courses like M.E, M.Pharm, M.Phil. Other doctoral programmes are also available.

Talking about physics, the programs offered are M.Sc Phy and Ph.D phy only.

Add another 50-70K per year to get hostel accomodation and avail mess facilities.

These are the rough fee estimates and the actual fee may be slightly higher when revised this year.

The college Vs branch is one of the most common question in an aspirants mind. It clearly depends on which branch you are more interested in. As IIT M as well as BITS Pilani both are two of the best colleges in India. While Engineering Physics is more of a research oriented branch, CSE is job oriented. The purpose of your engineering and your interest are the only thing which should be deciding your college now. With engineering physics you would be getting deep knowledge of physics as well as accumen for engineering practices. You might be writing scientific papers in physics. In CSE, you will be getting a lot of opportunities in the booming software sector of India and might learn about machine learning and AI better than other branches. 

Still, if you are doing engineering for jobs, you should do BITS Pilani CSE as it's avg package is 22L which is a great package to start with.

If you are a general student, then it is very difficult for you to get a seat in BITS Pilani as the cutoff for various courses lie between 250-350 marks in BITSAT. Your class 12th results have no role to play in BITS Admission, unless you are a state topper. If you are a state topper, you can get admission into any course provided by BITS Pilani. With your BITSAT score, you have no shot at any of the BITS campuses. Try again next time. Best of Luck.

The only 3 methods to take admission under any course in any campuses of BITS include:

• BITSAT
• Direct admission to Board topper
• ISA admission through SAT

Thus, it is not possible for you to join BITS through IPE result, no matter how many marks have you scored in it.

As per the rules of VIT they will refund all money except 10k ( counseling fee ) and 1k ( hostel fee ) if you withdraw before 1st july.

If you withdraw after the commencement of program , then they will deduct 11k + 55k extra.
If you withdraw after 1 month , then 11k + 75k extra.

If you withdraw after 2 months , then they won't refund you any money.

It totally depends on boards marks. For example It’s highly unlikely for you to get a seat with a score of 985. You either need to get a good score in BITSAT or be a board topper. Generally a board topper scores a minimum of 990 in AP/board. So, with a score of 985 it's highly difficult to get into BITS as a board topper.
