Bits Pilani take admission through BITSAT .So you need to have a decent score in BITSAT.

It doesn't matter what you have scored in JEE.Bits pilani doesn't take admission on the basis of JEE mains.

BITSAT exam is on 16th may - 26th may.You have one month time for that.

Almost all engineering entrance exams have the same syllabus .The same limits ,claculus you have in jee syllabus you will to study the same for BITSAT syllabus there is nothing change in the syllabus if you look overall.

There are absolutely NO donation seats at any BITS Pilani Campus. 

If anything, there are 10-15 BET seats reserved solely for the top-performing children of teachers from the Birla School in Pilani, and the catch is that they cannot get an Engineering Degree, no matter how well they perform.

So still the answer is - NO donation seats. You don't buy your way into BITS, mate. You can try next year if you really wish to get admission in BITS.

Yes, the BIT's Pillani college does take the marks obtained in the improvement exam of the Boards into consideration.

BITS Pilani campus and courses are good. faculties are helpful, not much pressure if you want to prepare for some other exam you can do. From placement point of view, its good to go for Mechanical engineering. 

Yes, with this score you can surely get into BITS Pilani. 

It depends on the reason and slot availablity.

Yes you can change exam date,even though you have selected slot . To do so , you need to email them by stating the reason and new date. If they find that reason is genuine and if slot is available definitely they will give you a new slot .

Yes definitely it will be a good option because BITS PILANI is a very good and high ranked college ( have good ranking than many IITs )  but it's fees is very high.

But if you and your family have no problem with expenses than you should choose BITS .

You can google it that how much value this College has ; you will be in India's one of the best college.

So don't think too much just take admission.

But I would suggest you to attempt jee advanced also with full preparation.
