Since you have a good rank in JEE so i think you should go with NIT'S rather than IIIT'S except IIIT Hyderabad , if you got that then it will be a better option in comparison with NIT'S . If you are unable to take over the desired seat in NIT'S then you should may switch over to BITS Mesra because it also has a good rank across the country. Coming to the point point of Sastra University i don't think so you should opt that college because you have various other good option available.

Since you scored good enough but through this marks you can't be able to take admission in any of the campus of BITS because for each and every particular branches in BITS the cuttoff are high which is having a range of 300+ because of that you can't be able to take admission in that. So better try for the other good colleges which are coming under your domain.

Since you have a good percentage in 12th board....Cheers !!!. From your marks point of view in BITSAT it may be somewhat difficult for you to take admission in BITS because for each and every single branches in BITS the cuttoff are high which has the range of 300. So may be you get it or not it will be hard to say but you should try might be you get.

Since you have a lots of sweet for your carrer. You have all around opportunities. Coming to the point of college. If you look your Mains rank you may able to get a good NIT'S but if you want the tag of IIT you can also get that one but in that point you don't have the option to choose core branches in top IIT'S eventhough you may get the core branches as well but not in the top IIT'S because branch is a major factor in comparison with college. Coming to the BITS point of view in that your score is well enough to take any branch at any campus and BITS have also the tendancy to compare with IIT'S. So overall i think you should go with BITS option.

Yaah off course it will be worth to join the BITS premises because it will provide you the various opportunities which you can't able to get it from normal engineering colleges. There after you will come to know the importance of joining this college. Eventhough it has high fee structure but at the same tume it has quality education  / Good rank / good placement records.  So it is  better to  join this college.

    Cse in MIT is better than to do B PHARMA in bits. Because cse has scope today but bpharma isnt having much scope today in the present scenario.so btech is much better.

Going by your rank and previous year stats, you have fair chances to MSc Physics at BITS Pilani.
There won't be any issue getting BITS Goa or BITS Hyderabad with your marks.
