BITSAT is the exam to get admission into the prestigious college. 

According to the previous trends in the cutoff, 

CSE has the highest cutoff of 382 while manufacturing engineering had 288 (pilani campus)

The cut off of other campuses follow the same trend except that the cutoff decreases a bit.

I'm sorry , for 244 marks she may not get any branch in bits Hyderabad as the least cutoffs will also be above 260. If we see the last year cutoffs in hyderaHyd campus the cutoff for manufacturing engineering is 269 and for chemical it is 272 and for civil it is 273 . Of the difficulty level of the paper is high this year there can be reduction in cutoffs according to the average marks scored by the students.

Technically No. But there still some hope left for you if you can contact them now. Give them a legit reason. And then they might allow you to change your date and come to any BITS campus to take the test.
