Good in respect to what?

Academics:

The course structure is exactly the same as BITS Pilani, Indian campuses. It depends on you how much you work hard in your courses and what kind of electives you take. If you opt for easy electives (electives in which you can easily get A) then you might score a good GPA but add less to your skills.

Non-academic:

There are many clubs which you can join according to your interest. If you wish then you can open your own club. You can find ample opportunities for extra-curricular activities. If you are into sports then you can join sports teams and take part into inter-college sports fests. You will find a great passion for various sports among students.

Minimum cut-off:

You can email your queries to admissions department here:BITS PILANI, DUBAI CAMPUS : Admission Form

Fee:

You can find fee related information over here:http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/dub...

I hope this helps

The university of BITS Pilani organises their nationwide (and even some centres overseas) entrance test BITSAT every year during the month of May. Registration begins early the same year and you can choose from about 20 individual dates with two time slots each.

BITSATis a 3 hour online test, with 40 MCQ questions for Physics and Chemistry each and 45 for Mathematics. There is also a section for English and Logical Reasoning which have 10 and 15 questions respectively. The marking scheme is +3/-1. The nature of the test is intense and youll encounter questions with a difficulty level of the JEE Mains. You can also choose to attempt the 12 bonus questions after attempting all 150 standard questions. Hence, it is possible to score above 450.

Getting into BITS is competitive, owing to the limited number of seats (about 2700 per batch for all 3 campuses). Dubai campus has its own requirements, which I wont discuss. You can have a look at cut-off statisticshere.

Once counselling begins, you will need to choose your preferred programmes, including the campus which offers it. This should be strictly placed in your priority order as no changes can be made once you submit your application. There are a total of 4 iterations (and also a rare fifth one). With every iteration, you can expect to climb up your priority order, especially at the third one since the university deposit becomes non-refundable after that point (and IIT admissions start kicking in too). Your allotted programme is more or less final after the third iteration, but about 3040 students get bumped up to other programmes in the fourth or fifth, depending on the number of no-shows.

By the first or second week of August, everything settles down and youll be on your way to becoming a BITSian! Cheers!

U have To attempt entrance exams next year. U will get direct admission in BITS.

Thanks,
Azim

Hi Rajesh,
You can not get admission in BITS Pilani based on JEE marks or 10+2 marks because BITS Pilani conducts their own entrance examination marks known as BITSAT. The student obtaining good rank in BITSAT get a chance to study in BITS colleges and in BITS Pilani. But BIT Mesra accepts JEE marks. You need to score very good rank in JEE mains 2018 to get admission in BIT Mesra.

All the best.

From my point of view, experience and prediction I believe that a score around 350 is atleast you need to get into BITS Pilani campus and above will help you to achieve your branch.
Hope you liked the answer and best of luck for ahead :)
Thank you.

You can check the previous year cut off trend below -

Chemical Engineering -

2017 - 272

2016 - 298

2015 - 296

Good Luck!!!

If you dont get 75% aggregate and 60% each in PCM then you would be considered as a disqualified candidate.

Good Luck!!!

no, with a marks of 981/1000 u will not get a seat in bits. bits provides seats to people who secure the highest marks in state board probably 991 this year, whether it may be a dual degree or any other stuff
