According to me as per your marks i think there is a medium chance of getting admission Bit sindhri.If you are not general catagory then you have good chance getting admission there.

I think you should pursue MBA it will have better scope and will help you in your government job. As your rank is very good and you have interest also you should go for MBA.

If you have interest in Financial markets then go for this field as later scope is bright in this field.

Regarding BIT Mesra It is around 5 lpa for the top 25 students and for the overall batch considering mass, it's around 4 lpa. The placement of Anna is not disclosed branch wise.

Sorry to say but you will not get admission in  BIT.  But you may take admission in other private colleges like AMITY, Galgotia University,NIET, SRM, BITS PILANI.....
