So, according to your percentile i.e 72 percentile, you rank will be around 25k+. For mechanical, civil and electrical branches in MIT , the cutoff ranks are 14k, 17k and 6k respectively. So evidently, you don't really have a chance there.

In BIT, the cutoff ranks for civil, mechanical and electrical are 6935, 6373 and 6470 , so evidently, your chances of getting a seat there is pretty difficult too.

Bit Meshra is better than LNMIIT any day, that's why Bit Meshra is in top 20 colleges in our country and LNMIIT is not even in top 30 also. Moreover the faculty in Bit Meshra is very good in ECE. I would suggest Bit Meshra ECE over LNMIIT CSE.

Hope you are doing well. As per your query BIT Mesra All India ranking was 33 whereas NIT Jamshedpur ranked 79. Both the colleges are very renowned and good colleges. The faculties of the both the colleges are top notch. Now coming to placements BIT mesra has amazing campus placements. Almost 80% students got placed with the highest package of 40.63 LPA and an average package of 10 LPA. Many MNCs come for campus placements as well as core companies. NIT Jamshedpur also offered decent placements to their students. Almost 70% students were placed with great package. The highest being 39 LPA with the average package being 8 LPA. As you have not mentioned your category So I'm assuming that you are from general category.

According to your rank,you have less chances of getting BiT sindhri in good branches but you might get it in some lower branches in general category.

Most of the students dies to get admission in CSe in BITs mesra from there you can know the legacy of college . The faculties are good and the college also provides the students to participate in some good national and some international contest . BIT Mesra is a college which can compete with NIT in India . The college has a great placement records . While with good there are some factors like college location is quite in village .

Now as per your percetage and your category of being scheduled caste you can even get seat in some prestigious institution of india like national institute of technology . So i would suggest you to take chance in national institute of technology . And for bit sindhari or bit dhanbad you can expect the branches like electrical engineering , mechanical engineering and all other lower branches for computer science you need higher marks. For other colleges you van take help of our college predictor .

Since both the displayed colleges hold a good position across the country. If you compare among both of these in EEE DEPARTMENT wise then i think BIT Mesra holds a good position in all aspects point of view including placement  / campus life etc. BIT holds a good placement records with an average package of 4.5 to 5.5 lakh per annum in EEE stream  eventhough the campus life at BIT Mesra is also awesome which doesn't makes you fee bored. So i think you should go with the BIT Mesra rather than just the NIT tag.

As you have secured to 70 percentile in your JEE mains from SC category then your CRL rank must be around 350000 and with this much CRL rank yes you can get BIT Sindri as you belong from home state Jharkhand. Before 2019, there was a special exam conducted for admission in undergraduate courses in BIT Sindri that was known as jcece. And from 2019 BIT Sindri started granting admission via JEE mains rank.

Now as per the last year cut off closing trends you have a chance to get BIT Sindri from SC category as your CRL is around 350000.
