Hello
Yes, you might be eligible for IISc Bangalore's Integrated PhD after a BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology, but it depends on a few things.
Your degree needs to be recognized as a Biological Science degree and should include core subjects like biology and chemistry. You’ll also need to clear an entrance exam like JAM and have a first-class academic record.
However, since MLT is often considered more technical/applied, IISc may not accept it directly. If you're unsure, the best step is to email IISc’s admissions office or your desired department for clarity.
Alternatively, doing an MSc in a biological science field could make your path smoother.
Success with a late start is difficult but not impossible.Your exam dates depend on which test you are targeting most probably it is in april and may you have more than 6 months to prepare.
you can start your preparation with highly focused study plan, prioritizing high-weightage topics and taking frequent mock tests.
Hello,
You can follow IISc’s syllabus and solve past year papers, NCERTs, and standard books for best results. Choose any platform where you understand the concepts clearly. Also, you can access free preparation material from Careers360 here : IAT Preparation Material
Hope it helps !
