For the rank you have achieved in imucet you can get seat in government colleges in bsc nautical with the category you belong to. That is as you belong to open category you can expect your seat in few government colleges. As you have chance of getting seat in few colleges with nautical so choose the right college in which it has best placement, best ranking , faculty, management. Some colleges which provide CCMC are:

• Maritime
  Education Training &
  Research Institute, Kolkata

• Cosmopolitan technology of maritime college, Chennai

• NSUI Maritime academy, Goa

It is a very good institute. It is about 33 years college and has maintained its legacy in the feild of maritime training and study. The faculty is experienced and you would have no issues with any infrastructure or faculty.
