According to the previous year data and your rank it's difficult for you to get CSE in any IIITs or NITs in JOSAA Counselling but you can try for CSAB round but there also chances are very low.
You can try for private collages but if you want only Government colleges you can try for IET Lucknow and HBTU Kanpur there you will not get CSE but you can get some so called good branches.

According to previous year cutoffs and your rank it's very difficult to get any branch like CSE,ECE etc in IIITs or NITs in JOSAA Counselling but you can try for CSAB Counselling and in CSAB Counselling CRL Rank is counted.

Placement- A total of 82 companies have visited the college and recruited almost 250 students last year. Highest package offered last year js 43 LPA by Microsoft
Placement: A total of 50+ companies have visited the college and recruited almost 250+ students last year. Highest package offered in the last year was of 59.27 lakh per annum.
So, if we look at placements, IIIT Gwalior seems to be slight ahead than IIIT Jabalpur.
Similarly you can compare among more parameters and can decide which one to choose. The last choice is all upto you. So read carefully and choose carefully. Just visit the official website of both the colleges to compare.
