Hey there,

You can apply for NIT Agartala and Mizoram if you want CSE branch or the ECE branch. I will tell you to go for branches like civil and chemical engineering if your want a seat at any NIT in your home state. You can also apply for CSE there but the chance of getting the seat will be very low.

According to your rank in jee mains 2019 ,you have very less chance to get seat in any NITs,IIITs and GFTIs as your rank in your category is very high but you should apply in josaa counselling and also wait for CSAB counselling for special round, may you get seat.

The cut off of MNNIT Allahabad is too high to get also the cut off of IIIT Allahabad is high .You have a little chance that you might get on the basis of EWS category rank otherwise its not possible also you must have home state allahabad.
