There are many scholarships available for students and for PWD students there are numerous scholarships.
- Firstly they don't charge a single ruppee of tuition fee from pwd candidates.
- Yes pwd get full fee waiver.
- So there's no need to get tensed.
- You may apply for other scholarships like NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP, OP JINDAL SCHOLARSHIP, PWD SCHOLARSHIP.
- but you won't get much because your tuition fee is already waived off.

I would recommend you to choose IIIT Gwalior IT DUAL Degree.
The reason is
- You will get Btech+ Mtech degree in 5 year usually it takes 6 years.
- In case you want to do mtech you need to qualify GATE here you get it easily.
- The placement percentage as well as placement packages for IT in IIIT GWALIOR is better than NIT SRINAGAR.
- NIT SRINAGAR is not so good,you have to travel and cross highways to reach the classrooms,it can be dangerous.
That's why I think IIIT Gwalior is better and it will be easy for you to come back in holidays as well as it is close to your home.

Yes, both the Home State and Other State Quota are different. There is a provision of Home State Quota in case of NITs, IIITs and GFTIs but not in IITs. You cannot use Home State Quota at IITs because not every state has an IIT.
Privilege of a Home State Quota means that in JEE Mains, a candidate belonging to the Home State will get preference over other candidates in his or her home state university.

Hello S Smnathan,getting into NIT is very difficult but you can always hope to cutoffs of higher rounds to go down so that you might be eligible.But your chances are too high.Surely,you can definitely give it a try.IIIT Bhubneswar is a good college though.

Considering your marks and previous years statistics, its nearly impossible for you to get ECE or CSE. However, you can btry for new IIITs. As the counseling process can be at times be very unpredictable.
However, if you have homestate quota in some new NIT, then i guess you stand a chance.

As this year ews quota is newly implemented so its difficult to assure you that with such a score you can get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
But according to information you might get seat in nits but lower nits like northeast nits.(nit shillong,nit aizwal,nit himachal pradesh etc).
Though here you can pursue metallurgical engineering ,mining engineering or production engineering as branch .

Congratulation for such a good score in jee 2019.
But getting computer science as a branch to admission with this score is a tough job into any top nits .
Because computer science branch is among thep top core branches so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get pursued in top nits .
But if you consider for lower nits then yes you can definitely get computer science as branch .
And same for iiits you can get cse in newly formed iiits.

Let me inform you that on the basis of JEE mains score you can seek admission in NITs/IIITs.
So, if you qualify the required cutoff rank in jEE mains paper 1 you can apply for admission in IIITs.
But, ofcurse your rank should match with the demands of the IIITs.

College Infrastructure
As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.
Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
