see the main different between ms and mtech is ms course is research oriented, have lots of thesis topics, you need to submit atleast one research papaer at the end of the course, most of the students goes for phd after ms, whether mtech is course is mostly have different emerging technologies work and process, industrial evolution, current trend of technologies etc.

The mentioned cutoff of 210 is for the last year (year before 2018) when the exam was held offline also. Since now the exam has become online, there are different slots and difficulty of each slot's question paper is different. So, whenever the admission will be made on the basis of JEE Main, its percentile or Rank will be considered and not the marks.

At this point, you should not be 100% confident about getting admission in IIIT Hyderabad.

Yes, UGEE is an exam conducted but IIIT HYD for admission in integrated master's courses. The exam is followed by an interview.Also you can get into IIITH through Lateral entry.

First you all just forget about what happened in past and don't panic.Just take this as another opportunity.Just remember that failure is the opportunity to begin again, but with different plan this time.Ask yourself what you really want.Will you be satisfied if you will go for a 6 month programming course? Will this be enough tp shape you for where you see yourself in next 5-10 years ?
If the answer is yes then without wasting a minute, go for the course.
But if the answer is No,then start doing what you to really want to do and forget about failure.Just forget what happened last time,make a list of what mistake you did last time that lead to your failure and start working on it.Start preparing smartly this time and stay calm and composed.Give your best everyday and the result will be in your favour next time.

Based on JEE Main or UGEE score and the marks obtained in the qualifying exam the admission to IIIT takes place there is no shortcut or direct admission or can get through management quota. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.
