Undergraduate Engineering Entrance examination (UGEE) is conducted for admission to B.Tech programmes offered by IIIT Hyderabad. Admission is done through other channels also such as KVPY, Olympiad, Direct Admissions for Students Abroad (DASA) and Special Channel of Admission (SPEC).

Exam Pattern is as follows

Test consist of two parts- section 1 (subject proficiency test) and section 2 (research aptitute test).
Syllabus for the subject proficiency test is CBSE X1 and XII standard Physics/Maths/Chemistry.

Syllabus of the Research Aptitude test is also CBSE X1 and XII standard Physics/Maths/Chemistry. However, the test will be on critical and creative thinking.

Exam will be conducted in Computer based mode and the questions will be objective in nature.

There is no such fee compensation at the time of admission in IIIT Hyderabad or International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad but the Institute provides various scholarships under different categories. The scholarship is provided to deserving candidates based on their financial conditions and merit. It is only available for undergraduate students.

List of documents you may require at the time of scholarship(in case you want to apply for it)

• Resume (stating past academic record)
• Parents' combined annual income certificate
• Description of any collateral property

First, you said JEE Mains which is the entrance exam for B. Tech and then you said M. Tech so I really don't understand what you mean by that. So, I am providing details for both.

IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech Admission 2019 - The International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad has released the application form for IIIT Hyderabad 2019 B.Tech admission for DASA mode. Registrations for UGEE/SPEC mode is now over. IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech admission 2019 will be open for all the eligible candidates who wish to get admission to their undergraduate programs. The admission authorities will conduct admissions to B.Tech programmes through channels likeJEE Main , Undergraduate Engineering Entrance Examination - UGEE– CSD/ ECD/ CND/ CLD/ NK/ NTSE or KVPY, Olympiad, Direct Admissions for Students Abroad (DASA) and Special Channel of Admission (SPEC). The application form for IIIT Hyderabad 2019 B.Tech admission for all the channels will be available separately. IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech admission process is based on the counselling through the above-mentioned channels. However, the institute will conduct one entrance test for B.Tech admissions – UGEE and SCA on April 28. Candidates who will qualify the entrance examination will have to appear for interview on the basis of which they will be offered seats in the institute.

So there is no way through EAMCET .
