Sorry but this is a very poor score to get admission in any college through JOSAA counseling . You can't get seat under any course in any college with this percentile irrespective of your category. I would suggest you to either look for any other college or entrance exam or try again next year with better preparation and score well.

JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time so it would be tough to tell you the exact admission cutoff.
