No , you can get admission in IUST only through your JEE MAINS marks , not your JKCET marks.
Since, you've not qualified the basic requirement which is cutoff marks, you're not eligible for the counselling as well as admission process.
AT this situation you're not eligible for various counseling so if in any situation you are getting admission in any college just go for it.

Hi ,
Your marks are too less for any of the good colleges of jee mains . So try to get admission in other colleges too. As your rank in jee mains will be too much for any good college.
It takes admission through state level exam not through JEE Main.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is one of the only good things about the university. It is very huge, the labs could use some work but now they are advanced too. They weren’t as advanced before so that’s good. Classes are cool

College Infrastructure
The college has all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment needed by the students. The facilities in all departments are up to the mark and are latest. The campus is clean and offers hygienic food.

yes the college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. college has big cricket ground, computer labs . the college also provides hostel facilities and whole campus is wifi enabled. the these facilities are well maintained. the living spaces are clean.
