Usually when colleges are affiliated to the same university, they do allow external sliding. But in some cases, they might have GPA cut offs to allow sliding. But if you have a decent enough GPA it shouldn't be a problem. Regarding the fee reimbursements, please dont expect the college to reimburse the fee for the semesters that you have attended already.

Hello Sameera,

As I have given answers for your previous questions, and it seems that you are bit confused about choosing VIT and other colleges.

I just want to mention the ranks of the colleges, and these ranks will clear all your doubts. I am comparing the ranks because all these colleges stand nearly at same position in the terms of fees for engineering program.

Ranks of the colleges:

VIT Vellore: 15

Osmania University: 34

JNTU Hyderabd: 63

I hope the by going through these ranking of the colleges, you'll get a clearer idea regarding the these colleges. All the very best for your future.

Hii,

Gokaraju Rangaraju Engineering College and JNTU Hyderabad are good reputated and top Engineering Colleges in Hyderabad. Both the College offers Good Placement for students. In terms of Placement both the colleges are good enough. But interms of Infrastructure, JNTU Hyderabad is best. For better Facilities, join JNTU Hyderabad.

Hi..
Yes 90-100 is a good mark but not seat getting mark for the colleges you mentioned .But you may have chance depending on the rank you get and the category you belong .So aim higher than 100 ( which is a safe mark for those colleges) your rank would be below 5000.See there will be a lot of students in the range of average marks level ( 75-100) so even if you get 75 or 85 your rank would vary in just hundreds but there is a lot of difference in ranks like thousands for every mark between 100 - 130 and soon . So it's better to aim high (100+) for good college.
Last year's cutoff ranks for last phase are in the following link : https://static.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/AP-EAMCET-2018-Cutoff.pdf

All The Best.......

Hi Sir,

APECET exams have different papers for different sections i.e. For engineering, pharmacy and B.Sc (Mathematics).

For Engineering,

Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are asked in the common section of the paper and the last section is for the specific engineering field. There will be 3 papers having 200 MCQ's each of 1 mark.( No negative marking). Marks are distributed per paper as 25 marks for physics and chemistry, 50 marks in maths and 100 marks in the engineering section. The minimum passing marks for General category is 25%. And for SC and ST there is no minimum qualifying marking scheme.

For admission in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur, they take in students having a cut off rank in different branches.

However, your rank depends on the number of students answering and also the number of students qualifying.

But keep in mind its important that you score 110/200 to keep your rank above 10000.

For Chemical Engineering, the cutoff is 13000-14000 rank.

For Civil, the cutoff is 4000-5000 rank.

For Computer Engineering, the cutoff is 3000-4000 rank.

For ECE, the cutoff is 2000-3000

For EEE, the cut off is 3000-4000

And finally for Mechanical, the cut off is 3000-4000

Keep in mind the rank varies every year but you will be better off if you have scored 110/200 in the Ap Ecet.

Thank You.

Hello umesh chandra,
Getting seat in top most colleges like jntu,ou,cbit is too difficult. So to get admission through ecet is also hard.So as you belongs to st catagory you need to get rank below 300 or 400 so that you can easily get the admission.
Thank you
