Hello aspirant,
You have to notice that JNTU Hyderabad does not offer power systems course in post graduation level but it does offer power electronics. And sadly OU doesn't take candidates in power systems throught PGCET in power systems, it is only through gate you may do PG in power systems. But there are other specilizations which you may pursure through PGCET.
I hope this is helpful.
Hi swamy,
Congratulations on placing yourself in the position of rank 500. For your information, both OU and JNTU offers part time MBA courses. Although many recognized top colleges do not offer part time course, these two are best institutes where you can do part time MBA. Whereas there are other private institutions which offers this course but are not well recognized and doing a degree there gives you no use.
Be confident and try your chances in these colleges as you have better chances to get a seat there. Left is for you to choose between these two.

I think you could be clear about the sense in which you need a rating, but to answer your question, I would like to tell that a person who graduates from the JNTUs’ in India has a great “market value” in India. People expect you to be more intelligent, just because you’ve graduated from there. When in reality, you might just get into it because of your good ranks in the entrance examinations.
Being a student of JNTU myself, I would like to inform to you and to anyone who would ever read this answer that it is not the institute that shapes you but the knowledge you gain from it. I have seen people from the same institute become very successful in life; and I have also seen people that aren’t really in a very great position just because they are graduates from the university.
Coming to the cultural activities, there would be no pressure in participating but those are the memories you make once in a lifetime; and not to forget the immense self-confidence you gain as the outcome for your participation. You would get to meet a lot of people and you would definitely, improve your communication skills!
I hope this answers what you wanted to know.

First things first…some of my friend have been a part of this university when it was first started at sangareddy and they have personally experienced its transformation to a top-notch university in Hyderabad.(vicinity)
Things to know
It has a better campus especially when it comes to area, compared to that of JNTU-Hyderabad.
Faculty now is good.. Especially the ECE, but it can be lot better. It's the best at JNTU-Hyderabad.
Too long to travel from hyderabad and no bus service makes it even worse.
Hostels are inexpensive but the food might make your pockets empty. (they are not a big fan of hostel food and they always relying on dhaba …but others got used to it..even they don't like it from heart)
B. Tech is the best at jntu sultanpur.
You do have some decent placements (from Telangana support initiatives)…at least at our time there was.
Not a lot of companies visit the campus…but again it's worth it.
Summers are the worst in hostels…especially when you're living in the top
Winters are beautiful…
You do have sports (if you are a fan of it)
The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms are clean and spacious, with proper seating and ventilation. The library has many books and a quiet place to study. Labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical work. There is Wi-Fi on campus, and computer labs are also available. The campus is green and well-maintained, with places to sit and relax. Hostels are decent, with basic facilities like clean rooms, water, and food.
It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
College infrastructure refers to the physical and technological facilities available on campus, such as classrooms, libraries, labs, sports facilities, and hostels. A good infrastructure supports a better learning environment and overall student experience. It includes modern amenities, proper maintenance, and accessibility for students and staff. A college with strong infrastructure helps in providing a comfortable and efficient space for academic and extracurricular activities.
