Only TS Eamcet is the way to get seat in JNTUH or OU. Because as these both are the Government universities, these universities doesn’t accept donations or there is are management seats in JNTUH or OU. Only private engineering colleges accepts management quota. You need to write TS eamcet, then your rank must be below 1000 at JNTUH or OU to get Computer Science And Engineering. You have no chances to get Admission at OU. Because even for the good rankers it may be some times impossible because most preferrence is given to the GATE Students. The students who write GATE, the seats will be filled firstly according to the GATE ranks. As there are few seats you have no chances to get Admission at Osmania University. For your rank you have maximum chances to get Admission at Osmania University since you belong to SC category and girls category. Osmania University is one of the top university of India. according to the rank you secured yes you can get into jntuh university with free seat provided by the govenment conveynor quota and will be elligible to fee reimbuirsement if you belong to category other than oc.also check other colleges like hitam,gitam and iit amd iiit hyderabad,bits pilani hyerabad providing similar facilities in academics.

according to the rank that you scored in eamcet yes you can get into jntu hyderabad university with the streams ece and cse were top in the jntuh.and also check the availability of scholarship and fee reimbuirsement as per caste you belong to.

also check other iit and iiit hyderabad and gitam university and few other colleges providing similar facilities of jntuh.

as per your rank you are elligible to apply for the university but the present year intake is much on pessure and high in demand in telangana as the inter board exam result percentage was less.

so its better that you can also go with other affiliated colleges of jntuh and osmania.
