First of all congrats! for your score, that's quite appreciable. As per the scores you have specified, your rank would be around, 35,000 to 40,000 but the cutoff's for the college's that you have asked, are as follows..(CSE)
CBIT...17,000
JNTUH..27,000
So, you may not have..high chances to get a seat there and your rank would have been much accurate if you had mentioned your IPE score.

With integrated rank 3302 and branch rank 710 you can get seat in Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Hyderabad. But please mention which branch you belongs to. If you belong to Mechanical then you may get Metallurgy & Chemical branches but not sure.
Yes you can get fees reimbursement. Andhra Pradesh Government will be provided you with the fee reimbursement even if you study in JNTU Hyderabad. If you are eligible for the reimbursement you will get it.

TS EAMCET rank is based on your TS EAMCET online test and PCM aggregate in 10 + 2 or any other qualifying examination i.e. 75% of EAMCET online test +25% of PCM aggregate in 10 + 2 or any other qualifying examination.
As per the marks you have mentioned , your weightage in TS EAMCET are as follows :
Total marks = 55.26
With 55.26, we are sorry to tell that one cannot get a seat in JNTUH but you may have a tough chance too at JNTU Sultanpur.
(Note : EAMCET rank is independant of the JEE mains persentile or rank)
Anyways you can get a seat in Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science,Anurag group of institutions etc.
As JNTUH is a government college,there will be no category seats as such for getting admission through JEE mains rank and there will be no payment / donation seat in government institutes.
But the private institutions has B category admissions based on the JEE Mains rank.So,you can apply for B category seats in private colleges too.

If you are from general category then you don't have any chance of getting JNTU.

I have had scored 53 in EAMCET 2013 and applied for all the top colleges, in the very first counseling
I got admit from Gurunanak(CIVIL) and In second counseling, I got admit from Mallareddy college of Engineering(CSE) where I belong BC-B category and I would have got JNTU if I have scored 65-80 irrespective of the Branch.

TS EAMCET rank calculation requires your EAMCET online test score and your PCM aggregate.The total marks contains 75% of your EAMCET score + 25% of PCM aggregate .
As you have not mentioned your PCM aggregate ,we are not able to predict your rank.
Anyways you can predict your rank after knowing your PCM aggregate in careers360.com(will be available soon).
But anyways I think you have very tough chances to get admission in any of those mentioned colleges that is JNTU Sultanpur and Karimnagar.

The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms are clean and spacious, with proper seating and ventilation. The library has many books and a quiet place to study. Labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical work. There is Wi-Fi on campus, and computer labs are also available. The campus is green and well-maintained, with places to sit and relax. Hostels are decent, with basic facilities like clean rooms, water, and food.
It was really a good experience for me
College Infrastructure
It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
It was good experience with this college.
